I was reffered to Urban & Suburban by my Uncle. I called and had them come out to give me an estimate on a repair.

They told me there was a 79 dollar service fee and that money would be credited back once service was completed. In their advertisement, they say they have a large selection of parts. It took a week to get 3 general parts. On the intial visit, the service guy took all parts that malfunctioned. The service tech ruined my hard floor and they are not taking responsibilty for the damages. They said they are not responsible and it the customers issue.

I was quoted 279 dollars to fix all repairs on my refrigerator. I would then get a credit for 79 for the initial quote. In my opinion, The bill was inflated to get the 79 back. I did a little research and the parts was 40 dollars and the charged the rest in labor. It took only 20 minutes to fix all the issues. After fixing the first problem, they said I need to repair the switch board, now?

The tech actually read the directions on how to install the parts. I could have done the samething. I thought I was paying 90 an hour for a professional.

The repairs has been going on since 1/4/08. It is now 2/5/08! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
