Founded in 1993, Fountain Green Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, including a Patriot Program, Reflections Program, Destination Imagination, art show, band and string concerts and numerous cultural arts events. Fountain Green Elementary School also conducts classes in vocal and instrumental music. The school has a library and media center that offers an accelerated reader program. Additionally, Fountain Green Elementary School operates a parent-teacher association. Its academic curriculum includes reading, phonics, English, spelling, literature, mathematics, social studies, science, art, music and computer applications.
