Do not buy anything from Ashley Furniture. My experience started out as a positive one as last year I bought a living room and dining room set from them. About 2 1/2 months ago I noticed a tear in my love seat so I called the store and was told someone from the service team would get back to me. I never heard from them so about a week later I called again and was told the same thing. It took about 6 weeks to get someone to respond after many calls, emailing pics to the local store and being given other numbers to call to get my loveseat repaired. When I finally got a call back I was told that my one year store warranty was up (2 weeks ago) and that I had bought the extended warranty to give them a call. When I called them I was told that since the tear was in the seam it's not covered, it seems that it's accidentally coverage only and a tear in the seam cannot be an accident. I have spoken with the manager of the store Sterling (who acted like he could care less) and told me he would call me back. (Never heard back) I have reported to corporate office where they can do nothing but send me back to local here. The local office says there is nothing they can do since my one year store warranty is up. (They have no record of my first 5 calls) So I have had furniture for a little over a year that cannot be fixed. They have poor customer service as I called at least 15 times and the only time I got a call back is when I went contacted the corporate office. I would never recommend anyone to buy furniture from this company, as they don't honor their sales pitch or their warranties.

I bought a couch from these crooks in September with a promised delivery date of 2 to 8 weeks now 3 months later I still can’t get a delivery date. They don’t return my calls and are outright nasty.

I just wanted to take the time say Deanna, david , kelly that work there , they were so helpful with all my questions and concerns about my firm mattress i had order and help me make a decision to the right to change of getting the medium and went out of there way to make sure i was happy before i left . they are very nice and just wanted to say i have never had such a good experience like i did talking to them . very helpful in every way and very positive work ethic s thank you so very much for your time i will be back soon

Avoid this store/company! Furniture ordered and paid for 100% on 1/20/13. It is now 4/4/13 and I have NO furniture. The worst part is no one at this store including customer service and the store manager can answer the question of when I will get the furniture I paid for! How can this be? I've called the corporate office twice, gone into the store multiple times, call the store every other day and NO answers. Don't buy furniture here if you expect it to be delivered any time soon. Always if you buy furniture here be aware that you are on your own...don't expect anyone to care!

this business doesnt even deserve a star.. they have been jerking around my family for the past 6 weeks.. i was told my furniture was here and now its not..they are a bunch of liers and cheats. i have gotten better customer service at walmart

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE!!! We bought a living room set from this store and when it was delivered they could not get it in the house. When we went back to pick out something else, we were told that we would need to pay a 30% re-stocking fee... $700.00. Even if we bought another set we would have to pay this plus another delivery fee. We were told that Ashley Furniture does millions of dollars of business so it really doesn't matter if one customer is dissatisified.
