I cannot even give this establishment 1 star but I had to so I can leave this review. I had the most embarrassing experience in my entire life here. I went on my wedding day to get my nails done. I sat down, and everything was fine until it was time to pay. Except for the roach crawling across the floor. I handed the man (Hoa Le is his name) my credit card. He said they do not accept AMEX. I handed him another card. It was declined (on a payment hold).I asked if there was an ATM nearby, and he pointed to one that was right outside the door, about 100 feet away. It was visible from the front desk. I told him that I would be right back with my payment. He said "No, you have to leave something with me". I placed me DL on the counter. He said "No, I don't want your DL, you leave purse here" I told him that I was not leaving my purse there and that it was ridiculous for him to ask me to do so. I said "Sir, I WILL be right back". I took my phone out of the purse, put my purse down and I headed for the door and he came from behind the counter really fast and physically blocked me from going out the door. He screamed in my face "NO YOU LEAVE YOUR PHONE"!! "I call police I lock door"!!. As he was locking the door I thought seriously, on my wedding day I am being treated like a criminal??? I was so shocked by his behavior that I decided to just leave the purse because I just wanted this situation to be over. I went to the ATM, took the money out, and went back in. I said "I have never been treated like this before and I will NEVER come back. You treated me as if I was going to leave without paying! He just shrugged his shoulders and said "YEP"! The women who worked there just watched him treat me like this and sat there with a smile on their faces! I will let whoever is reading this judge for themselves as to whether or not they will visit this place. I would never, EVER treat my customers like that. I called my husband while on my way to the next appointment and I was in tears. (It was an emotional day already anyway) I still can't believe such a thing took place.
