I got two pairs of shoes resoled. I'm impressed. The shoes look new, the soles are high-quality Vibram and they were done and ready to pick, exactly when they said they'd have them done. Nice people and easy to deal with. I've already recommended them to my friends and relatives.

Buy American made shoes. (You can still find them if you look.) When they need repair, or resoled, take them to Ervin Shoe Repair. They'll last for years and end up being much cheaper than "bargain" Chinese shoes. Besides, they actually fit your feet.

I saw a bad review and thought I would still give this place a try wanting to constribute to small business owners as well as Bedford businesses. I slightly regret that choice. #1 It was going to be a week for my shoes to be fixed and I was simply getting heel taps on them. #2 When I called to make sure the shoes were ready I was simply told that they were. The person did not ask for my receipt number, name or shoe type. I stated that I did not want to make a wasted trip which did not matter to them. The statement was that "the shoes should be ready". The unprofessionalism and ability for the people that work here to communicate is exceedingly POOR. I really felt the one star was not really deserved as well.
