Horrible Service, useless, keep going...

My rental truck broke down on the interstate and this place was contacted by my rental company to assist. They were fast to send someone over where I was parked but that is where the nice ends and the nightmare begins. The guy was completely clueless as to what was wrong with the truck, all I knew is that I could not drive it because of a horrible grinding noise that was coming underneath (it was the transmission and the drive shaft that went bad, I learned later on). This shop insisted I drive the truck to them on the interstate which I would not do because it did not feel safe at all. Or to go slow where people drive 60-80 mph. After another two hours of just sitting there waiting to be towed, I drove the truck via back roads all the while it felt and sounded like the whole thing will fall apart. Half way there I called them again saying the noise is even worse and that my rear wheels seized, no longer spinning. The guy from the shop said he did not have a heavy hauler and to wait. Another two hours later somebody finally showed up. He did something to release the rear wheels and I drove 5 miles an hour to the "shop." There were another five hauling trucks at the shop parking lot, so much for I don't have anything right now. They tinkered with the truck but said they could not do anything to fix it. The rental company person pleaded with the guy to help me load another truck they had for me but the "mechanic" would have non of it saying he only had one guy to spare. They were offering him $80 per person per hour and he did nothing. Finally I hired a guy literally off the street, paid him $60 and he and I transferred my furniture in 30 minutes. That was seven hours later!!!! I wasted a whole day with these clowns 500 miles from where I started the trip and another 200 miles left to my destination. If you are broken down in that area, or you happened to be in that shop reading this, get the heck out as soon as you can. You will only waste your time, they will do nothing to help you, all the while enjoying seeing you absolutely helpless and dependent on them. Go to another shop, call someone to come and get you, call your rental company if you are renting and request new equipment, tell AAA you want another shop, anything that will get you from that place and those people as far as humanly possible. And for you guys in the shop: don't worry, karma (google it) has a funny way of settling these things. Sooner or later you too will depend on the kindness and helpfulness of perfect strangers and I hope you get the same treatment while being in a desperate situation. Oh, and I hope the rental company diches your contract, I told them all about your great service.

Umm Wow

The garage itself is fine. The equipment is amazing as well. As for the staff...You really get the fealing you have entered the "take my money" zone. If you have ANY question of your vehicles performance, do NOT pass through Breezewood. WAY over priced towing, vehicle diagnostics, and the most hilibily ignorace from the mechanics you have ever seen in your life. They also recommend a fellow shop for other services. Don't waste your time. You will have less of a headache if you just drive your car off of any nearby cliff and collect the insurance money.
