Bedford High School, a part of the Bedford Area School District, offers educational and extracurricular programs for children in grades nine through 12. Located in Bedford, Pa., the school features a state-of-the-art computer laboratory, library and media center, and a playground. Its curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, industrial arts, physical and health education, music, and arts and crafts. The school regularly organizes various social events, such as musical concerts, alumni banquet, donkey basketball game and field day. Its extracurricular activities include knowledge bowl, Future Business Leaders of America, junior-senior banquet, TATU, scholastic scrimmage, senior trips, state fine arts and academic competitions, band and choir concerts, and National Honor Society. Bedford High School provides numerous sports programs, including girl s and boy s basketball, cheerleading, baseball, tennis, badminton, swimming, soccer and softball.
