Use to love going to Joann;s always spent way too much but after my last visit and the way I was treated by the manager I decided to contact corporate guess what?? they don't care either!!!! so I figure if they don't care about my experience they they don't care about my money! will be shopping somewhere else from now on!!!!

I love Jo-Anns but I am older and like to spend a lot of time shopping there and they will NOT let you use the bathroom. That is so inconvenient. Please offer bathrooms.......

I have always loved Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft. I have just moved to the area and look forward to purchasing fabrica and getting the greatest advise. Just wish it wasn't 45 miles from home.
