The only good thing about this place USED to be the staff. But after being here almost 2 years I had ONE late rent payment because of a mix-up at the bank (which as soon as I was notified, i fixed it immediately), and, the apartments charged a arbitrary fee of 110$, of course the apartment manager wont waive the fee.. Besides the management not appreciating good tenants (never had any issues with management before this), you also get kids screeching constantly from early morning til evening, wasps nests in the eaves that they don't remove, the light bulbs get fried constantly, the light-switches in the bedrooms don't connect to anything... an almost constant ant problem (even though I was told by management that my apartment was one of the cleanest that they inspected) stolen bike tires if you leave your bike outside on ground floor, and within a month of living here the towel rack nearly ripped off the wall, it was barely screwed into the plaster. Oh and tons and tons of feral cats that use the areas below the stairs as a litter box, so if you have to go up the stairs, smells like you're walking above cat excrement.

I'll move as soon as i can afford moving costs.
