The apartment complex went without a manager for close to a month. A memo, introducing the new manager, was sent out just prior to January 1, instructing residents to contact him with problems, or work orders. Well, today is the 5th, and I have left several phone messages, and have knocked on his door several times, with no response. There are several problems in my apartment which were to be addressed months ago, but remain unattended to. When the manager finally answered the door today, 15 minutes after the time he was to be "available", (posted on his door), he was abrupt, refused to hear what I had to say, and told me he was "closed". When I mentioned that I respectfully waited until the hour posted, he said "I am busy", and shut the door. Slugs, YES, SLUGS! in my apartment, closet doors unattatched since I moved in, promised new wall paint (horrid patch streaks everywhere) prior to move in still not done, and car vandalized in the parking lot 3 times in 2 months. I'm not happy!
