go for lunch

The parking is tight, and we had to park around the corner. The lunch buffet was OK, and the price reasonable. But don't go for dinner. The service was awful, and the food all tasted like lunch leftovers.

Disappointed

Disappointed. No one showed us where to sit. We were on our own. No one offered anything to drink. All the entres tasted the same. No one spoke to us. No water refill. No interaction with staff. When we left we reeked with the oder of the food. A totally disappointing experience.

Good Indian food

Good buffet, wonderful smell, OK atmoshpere -- parking is awful. Try the lunch buffet.

Swagat Indian Cuisine

Considering how few Indian restaurants there are in Portland this one is acceptable, but not the quality I like to see. The cleanliness could be better and the overall quality of the food could definitely improve.

Swagat Indian Cuisine

Food is good but not the greatest I have had. Morning leftovers ????????

Great Buffet

If you get to Target, just follow your nose to a house with great food. Finding a parking spot during lunch can be tricky, but well worth it. Everyone I've taken here has raved about the food since, which is probably why it is so hard to find a parking spot. Love the food. They are also open for dinner.

My favorite drug...

As I near the restaurant and get my first whiffs of the spices, the experience just gets better and better. Within a half hour of my first bite, the warm rush of energy begins and my friends get the enjoyment of watching their typically composed friends nearly bounce off the walls. I have introduced many friends to Swagat and they always frind something they love!
