First off, they charge way too much for their products. I bought a washer and dryer from here, despite all my friends telling me about their horrible experiences with the store. One star is too much for this place, it deserves like 30 garbage bags instead of stars. I called and asked for them send a repair man and they were very rude and treated me poorly. After about 2 hours of arguing, being yelled at, and holding for long periods of time, they finally agreed to sending a repair man to my house. The guy came to my house and was there for about 20 minutes, telling me it was a minor problem and that he fixed it. So when I tried to wash my clothes again, I found out the washer was STILL broken. I called the store again and they kept me on hold for 30 minutes and then the lady on the phone was yelling at me telling me that I was the one that broke it and they don't have to do anything to help and that I was being ungrateful. So now I've had dirty clothes sitting in the washer for about a week, rotting and going to ruin (I'll have a buy a new wardrobe). The store refuses to take the washer and dryer and give me a refund. I even told them to take it and keep the money. I'm 100lbs and 5 feet tall, how the hell am I supposed to move the garbage by myself? Next time I'm gonna listen to my friends, please everyone reading this- LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

This place is absolute garbage that sells garbage. I've had several friends buy from here and they ALL told me, don't do it! But after seeing a couple decent reviews, I thought I'd give it a try, MY BAD. I bought a washer and dryer from this place and the next day the washer broke. I called and asked for them to send a repair man to fix it and they were very rude and disrespectful. After about an hour of arguing and holding, they finally agreed to send a repair man. The guy clearly did not fix my washer because when I tried to wash my clothes again, the washer still wasn't working. Now, my clothes have been sitting in the broken washer since Christmas. They're rotting and they're ruined, I'm going to have to buy all new clothes. The store won't even take the damn thing back and give me a refund. They are literally refusing to help me. Do not buy from here. I'm telling you now, you will regret it.

I might as well have gone to the junk yard to purchase a new washer. The washer we purchased was good until it wouldn't wash a simple load of clothes a couple days later. I tried explaining my situation and they kept leaving me on hold or transferring me to the wrong department. NEVER again! Horrible experience!

For product selection and sales, Standard TV & Appliance are tops. We visited Standard in order to purchase premium kitchen appliances during our kitchen renovation. We found what we wanted and ordered three pieces from a polite and knowledgeable salesman. However, once the sale is made and you've paid your money, our experience is that things go down hill fast!
Your salesperson has limited involvement with two other groups that have a part of the transaction: warehouse and installation. To make things even more frustrating, one part of the triangle has no idea what is going on with the others. Scheduling of delivery can be haphazard and spaced over several days. And I mean days! You are going to wait and wait. And the professional installation you paid extra for is crap

My husband and I purchased 3 appliances yesterday. Our sales rep was Edie Chism. She was very helpful on the day before visiting the store by answering a lot of questions for us. She has a great personality and is very customer service oriented. We would do business with her again, for sure.

I had great advice from the service rep at the Beaverton store. She listened to my wants and needs and found a very reasonably priced microwave and oven to install in place of my combo unit that wasn't functional. Delivery and haul away was free. Delivery came quickly and on time, I would not hesitate to shop at Standard in the future!
