Horrible service...purchased gift card for friend they could not accommodate even one customer. Wouldn't refund, just all together very bad experience :- (

I would not reccomend this salon to my worst enemy. After damaging my hair with a precedure they suggested, they were unwilling to refund the full amount I paid. Thankfully I found a beautician that could remedy a bit of the damage without adding a bigger dent to my pocket book (Eden @ Trade Secret Washington Square Mall)
