This is my new favorite place to eat in all of Beaverton. Probably the best sushi that I've had in years. I'm pretty picky, but the chef is top notch. He really knows his stuff. I've been there four times in the last month and I just can't get enough. If you like "real" Japanese food - give it a shot.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is exceptional, made with great sincerity, appreciation for nuance. This goes well beyond simply having top quality ingredients, though is of course where it starts. My wife gave me one of her tempura shrimp, and after one bite I thought, "wow. This is on a different level from every other tempura shrimp I have ever eaten." Prices are quite reasonable, considering. Please help me keep this place in business.
