Don't shop here. The service is terrible. The merchandise is obscenely overpriced and don't to try to return anything no matter what condition it's in. They flat out refused to take back an entirely unused set of sockets that was $130. I am a contractor and spend $1000's on supplies, materials and tools on a yearly basis. You'd think keeping people like me happy would be a priority but apparently not. You won't steal any more money from ace.

I live nearby and have had two occassions to shop there. I found the staff very helpful. I asked the check out guy "where are cabinet door knobs" as I walked in, and instantly told me exactly where they were. In and out quick. Reasonable prices. Local.

NO GOOD -- staff no help -- do not get keys here - always wrong and never work -- real training is needed -- owner pretends to be concerned but in the end is not helpful.



Checkout is stupid slow. It honestly seems no one has a clue as to what they are doing in this place.



I guess if you want the wrong stuff at higher than normal prices and have the time to stand in the checkout line -------- this is PERFECT!
