Had a great experience in purchasing a new machine even with a pandemic making things more challenging. Really appreciated their prompt call backs etc.

They were very helpful! Such a lovely store with a lot of options for everything you need for sewing!

I personally have had a good experience with them. I have had my machines serviced by them more than once, since I own more than one. Always done sooner that later and enjoyed learning new ways of using my machines.

They have a large selection of top brand machines. Sales people are knowledgeable about the machines and accessories. They have a service center for machine repairs. Have had a few problems with getting ordered items in when said. Do get the items, just later than was said. Will still patron this store as overall it has been good over the years I've shopped here.
