Probably the best place for haircut in the Beaverton area, the cheapest you can find and in an open location. I went in on a late afternoon just prior to the store closing time at 7, but Kim gave me the haircut anyways. It turns out exactly the way I wanted it to look. When we were finished, it was already 7:45pm... 13 dollars for a female haircut from Kim's!! Rachel S.
