These guys take great care of my 06 VW Passat. Nick is the best service writer I've ever encountered - very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I take my car for repairs or service.

Kyle in the service dept. did a bang up job getting my wife's car taken care of and made the whole appointment process a pleasure. These guys do great work and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased two cars, ten years apart, from Herzog-Meier. In both cases the experience was a veritable pleasure, far from the slick high-pressure experience I've had at other dealerships. Staff was extremely professional, respectful, helpful, and reassuring without overdoing it. I'm convinced they will be there to back up what they obviously believe to be superior automobiles. This time I worked with internet sales staff to get exactly the car I wanted at exactly the price I requested. It really couldn't have been more straightforward. I've also used their service department for years, as I have owned both VWs and Volvos, and have always found that department to be efficient, accommodating and top caliber as well. It is rare to find competitive prices and superior customer service under one dealer's roof.
