Call this company if you like spending money and not having your heater fixed. This guy tried to scam my mother who speaks English as a second language. He Charged the diagnostic fee for nothing and argued that the company his going to his soon in the future. Never again. worthless.

Was 2 hours late to the appointment and blamed ME for the miscommunication. Did not offer an apology. After 60 minutes, I realized this guy just didn t know how to fix my problem and asked him to leave. At that point he became very defensive and combative. I actually had to ask him to step off my property. In the end I ended up having to pay him for an hour of his time and STILL had to call someone else to fix my problem. Totally unprofessional outfit. Very bad experience. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them.
