Provided by YP.comThe repairman was great. He made his own observations, then listened what I had observed (mostly loud noises coming from the unit) before drawing a conclusion about what could be wrong and how to fix it. This was a difficult debug since the unit wasn't mis-behaving while he was here. But he stated what he thought the problem was and why it fit all the observations (his and mine), gave me options, and allowed me to decide how to proceed, No sales pressure.
