Provided by YP.comI have never been dissatisfied with my ring until today. Took it in to have it sized and cleaned up... it came back way way too big and the bands are no longer flush with each other! It looks and feels awful! The gentleman that I assume is the manager here is a pompous ass! We will no longer purchase with Kay's!
