I had a good experience renting here, I just moved due to job relocation and am posting this after my inspection. I got my full deposit back and had no problems the entire time living here for over 5 years. I rented a 2 bedroom house and enjoyed it, the home was really nice when I moved in but after living here a few years the landlord put new wood and paint and completely changed the outside of the home and it looks so nice. The family that owns it is really sweet and they are always working. There was a few times i was late on my rent and they did not file eviction and worked with me. Really down to earth landlords and I liked that. When their were any problems it was always taken care of right away, I read some people had a problem getting back their deposit but I got mine back in full. It really is not hard to clean but the Taylor's even gave me written step by step what/how to clean so I just followed that and did not have any cleaning expenses. Pay rent, Give notice, Clean home

We have lived here for 3 years and have had no problems, the landlord fixes any repairs quickly after calling. It is a nice quiet subdivision and we enjoy it because it is homely. The neighbors are friendly. It has honestly been the nicest and most affordable place we have had the opportunity to live.
