Friday May 7, I visit the facility on Rebaut Rd, and the Nurse Practicer Jesse Gothie did a interview about my problem and the Interview was the most intense interview that i Have from a Doctor in years, at 6:30 Jessie call me and took off a medicine that I have been on for 30-40 years, I have been face with coughing and buildup of phlegm in my throat for years and no Dr as ever suggested a change I have had two nights with no phlegm thanks to Jessie for investigating my medical records, She is a awesome Dr, Thank You Carl W Moore, 41 Ardmore Avenue, Beaufort, South Carolina
