In Illinois there are only so many months a person uses their boat. S and R has had ours for over 60 days now. I call weekly and every time I call they are either waiting on a part to get there or have just got a part in and have not got it put on yet but should be done by the next day or two. Two weeks later still no boat. I am very dissatisfied with their ability to communicate and get the job done. I can only hope that when the work is complete it is done correctly but cannot testify to that yet.
