I use to be a client of this Nationwide office in Bear, DE, but I have been witness to what I consider racists remarks from more than one lead agent there. I also know one employee who confided in me about racists comments made by three of the agents there. These racist comments were not made by entry level persons but by long term agents who work at the 296 Bear Christiana Road office. The time is now to finally hold them accountable for their anti-black (and in some cases, anti-Hispanic) ideals and remarks.
