We bought a dog collar two days ago and we did't ask for a receipt. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one of lesser value and the manager told me there was no way I could without the receipt. She explained to me that without the tag and receipt a swap for a smaller collar of lesser value was impossible because of the owners policy. She explained that people often come in and steal things and then try to exchange them for something of lesser value. I shortened the collar, punched new holes in it, and from now on i'll go to pet care.
