We contacted Sarah to sell our house we checked her out online and she had glowing reviews and we thought if we went with someone local it'd be better. She seems excited to be working with us and seemed knowledgeable. After we signed the contract we never heard from her again. She never set foot on our property, never showed it, she had a friend place her sign in our yard. After 3 months I tried to call to see how things were going and it took 2 weeks to get a hold of her, I left messages and she never called me back. I had to block my number to get her to answer. Sarah talks a big game but doesn't deliver or do anything to help you sell your home until she gets down to the end of her contract. We went with another realtor after her contract was up. And I rechecked all those glowing reviews and realized too late they were all posted by buyers, only 2 was posted by sellers. If your buying a home apparently she'll bend over backwards to help you, but if your selling your home you're out of luck.
