One of the dishes we ordered was not good. I had ordered the same in the past with no problem. I complained. They took it off the bill. Very appreciated. However, after I complained and during most of the meal several waiters and a busboy incessantly came over to the table to see how we were doing--around 6 times, maybe more! And each time they would ask my dinner guest that question, and wouldn't face me! What stupid customer service! I'm a long-time resident of Beacon and patron of the restaurant. Every time a friend comes up to visit, Brother's is one of the restaurants where I dine my guests. NOT ANY MORE! Was ignoring me somehow a punishment for complaining, and assuming the tip would be reduced? I gave the standard 20%. i don't expect perfection. And if they cared about my experience at their table, treating me like a person, not just a body in a chair, I wouldn't be writing this. They've lost my business and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Get the Grandma's Pizza! It's amazing!!! Their other pizza and entrees are lovely, too, but their Grandma's recipe is the best thing, the proportion of garlic to the other spices adds just enough heat to make your mouth glow! 5 stars!!!!
