I purchased a vinyl floor from Carpet Land in Beachwood NJ. They sent me a man that could only use one of his hands the other was useless from an accident.



He was trying to put in a 15 foot piece of vinyl in my kitchen with one hand, that is impossible. I had to help him do it. I had to lift my stove while he shoved the vinyl underneath. I had to shove the vinyl under the fridge while he pushed against the fridge, he damaged the fridge door. He cut the vinyl wrong and the vinyl did not cover the floor under the fridge I can see the floor underneath. He did not install the metal between the jams, he did not install the cove base and I supplied it for him. The best was when I got up in the morning I walked on the floor with bare feet and found that the installer left a piece (I believe) of a strip of vinyl about 10 inches long under the vinyl he installed. I am forced to take him to court for negligence, He refused to fix it.
