We have grown with the communities we serve by providing an old-fashioned, dependable, and honest approach to our customers' indoor heating and cooling needs 24 hours a day. Many of our customers have been with us for several years and most of our newest customers have joined us by referrals from our existing customers' families, friends, and neighbors. Customer Service when you need it

Kern installed a new HVAC system into our home that did not work properly. We were so unhappy and prepared ourselves for a big battle to get the heat pump fixed and installation upgraded (additional air vents were needed in a finished ceiling). Kern assured us they would work the problems to our complete satisfaction, and they did! - including opening up the ceiling, installing additional air vents, then paying for a drywall contractor to fix the hole with minimal mess. It is too bad we had the initial issues, but we will stick with Kern for our HVAC work because we know they will follow-through with outstanding customer service.
