When I came in, instead of a greeting, and being taken back, I was grilled about why I was there. I thought maybe my appt. wasn't in the book. I should have been greeted and taken back. Ciera doesn't greet anyone, nor does she say goodbye at the end, nor does she thank you for coming in. I felt the dye was rushed. My hair wasn't rinsed as well as it could have been, especially under the nape of the neck. The back of my neck wasn't cleaned. Outside I could see smudging on my face and forehead. Some dye rubbed off on my pillowcase. I really don't think she wants me as her customer. I would rather have someone who feels like doing service on me. I did tip well, but if someone isn't interested, I guess it doesn't matter.

I have been getting my hair cut by Tenille for years, absolutely love the service. Tenille, Cierra and Amy are great! They also have tanning which is a great plus! Cant say enough about this place, give it a try, you won't regret it!
