I called on 1/14/2013 I at 12:30 pm. I need them to pick me up a 3:30 cause I had a doctor appointment at 4:00. I had to wait in the freezing cold for over 30 min for them. They we late I called the office lady she was very rude and kept saying he will be there and one more minute. I was late for my appointment. The cab driver took they longest way to get there. It was 11.70 for the ride I gave him 15 dollars he didn't give me my change. I had to ask him for it he only gave me two dollars back. I didn't even want to give him a tip. Don't waste your

2.00 a mile and 2.50 for pick up. 4.5 miles away, on the way there the woman was playing very loud music and messing with her phone the whole time. She changed me 20.00 for that ride we where there for about 3 hours, on the way back it gets way better. We get picked up and she has some girl in the car already, she's definitely not a costumer, the driver turns to me and says "I have to go pick up another guy so I don't know how to work it out" at this moment there are 4 people in this small car. Driver, the woman in the passenger seat, my friend and I. The driver knowing this we get out of our way to pick number 5 guy up and sit there for 15 minutes so she sends the girl in to see "how bad the line is" really, so the drive decided to leave and take us back. At this moment we are at Walmart in baytown. So I decided to have her take me home and take friend home as well. She starts raising hell about it (we are at Walmart I want her to go to sjolander not even 2 miles from the same point where she wanted 5 people in this car) so we get there and drops me off I ask how much to rum my friend home as well she tells me 40.00 dollars, keep in mind that came off the top of her mind because the meter was never on the whole time. So all together I spent 60.00 that night just for the cab. Worse cab ever don't ever use them ever...
