Picked up to go orders...For the past three weeks I have ordered from Lunas. First week my order was wrong and they gave me beef fajitas. I did not call. Second week was wrong again. I called and Manager said he would replace both meals when I want to order again. Third week I just order and reminded the manager about the food plus I ordered additional food to pay for. Cut me short on phone call so I was like ok I’ll just pay for the other meal I was going to get replaced. My daughter is there picking up my food and guess what?! It’s wrong. Didn’t give her the lunas sampler and the quesadillas are beef. Then I called and asked to speak to him(Emilio)which he cut me short again and said he would talk to my daughter in the parking lot. Give up, going to order from El Toro’s. Suggest anyone to do the same.

not happy at all.......we go to this location at least every other week for drinks n dinner, the last time we were in the waiter dropped drinks on my 3 yr old nephew n my phone, i understand accidents happen but ive been blown off for over a week from the lady crystal who was supposed to be handling the phone issue, if i had the $600 to replace my phone i would but do not tell someone u are handling the situation and not even have the respect to call them back......guess ill have to handle this another way, what a shame i really liked going there with my friends who also will not be going back......

Luna's is my favorite place to eat in Baytown. I moved here in November and it is by far the best Mexican restaurant I have been too. The nachos are awesome, the quesadillas, great fajitas and of course the salsa / chips. Best of all the margaritas are suberb. They don't cheat you on the tequila, that's for sure! And the Corona Rita's are fantastic along with the service. On the top 10 of my favorites definitely.
