Rent has went up almost $80. It is freezing cold outside and when I go to take a shower no hot water. They expect you to pay all this extra for rent and utilities and I can't even get hot water. Not to mention pipes are always needing repaired due to the apartments being so old. Do you want your child taking a freezing cold bath all winter? If so this is the place.

Terrible complex, shoddy repairs, infested with roaches, foundations are cracked and damaging walls, windows, and doors beyond repair. No one answers the phones, and if you have an emergency issue in the middle of the night, don't expect help from the Emergency maintenance guys, because they refuse to respond to calls. Do your selves a favor and find a nicer place to live. I sure will be as soon as my lease is up.
