Worst place to live EVER!!I pay rent on the first every month and have to deal with a broken a.c.I've reported it several times to management, took in written formal notices, called the city inspector 5 times, called the apartment association twice, and the health department all to no avail. Me and my two small children are forced to deal with temperatures rising way above 80-85 degrees. This is ridiculous!! I also have an ragged refrigerator that doesn't even fit in place. Management is rude and do not care about your situations. The owners are scam artist whom goes under global investment but when contacted answer under triple A furniture. I'm so disgusted!!Just want out of my lease already

I wish I could add pictures. Whole ac full of black mold and water leaks everywhere. They wouldn't fix it. In the middle of moving out they took the rest of my belongings and claimed they don't know what happened. Very racist against all but Mexicans here. Roaches. Gun shots. Crack. All over laguna azul.

Horrible apartments!!!! I put in my 30 days notice and I was gone for two weeks because of a car accident and they break into my apartment and stole my electronics...threw all of my family pictures on the floor...cut wires to my sewing machine...the apartment was absolutely trashed! I go up to the manager and tell her what happened, she was looking at my daughter in an awful way, I almost smacked her...she told me..."What are you going to do? Contact the Houston apartment association again?" I just walked out because it was sickening...the below comment is correct also...they never exterminate...roaches and fleas everywhere! You can't get away from them...I spent my own money exterminating and it only lasted for two weeks. Please if you love your family, DO NOT put them through that.

They are invested with roaches, mice, and fleas. Parvo is terrible over there. If your not hispanic then they don't like you. I thought the other reviews were just kidding, but then i lived there and it was horrible. Stray dogs always running around loose
