Took my laptop in to get the malfunctioning screen repaired. We payed the first half, leaving the other half to be payed after the repair. They kept it for three weeks, saying they ordered a new part for it. Once I finally got it back, NOTHING was fixed. They never even asked for the second half of the payment, so we didn't give it.



Awful store, complete rip-off.

THIS STORE IS NO GOOD. THEY TOOK MY LAP TOP TO GET FIXED WITH A VIRUS . I ONLY HAD THE LAP TOP FOR 9 MONTHS AND HARDLY USED IT.THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO FIX IT INSTEAD I BROUGHT IT HOME AND IT WORKED FOR 10 MINS AND SHUTDOWN . I TOOK BACK TO THEM AND THEY ARE NOW SAYING THEY DID NOTHING WRONG. IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY.IF YOU HAVE A COMPUTER DONT GO HERE TO GET IT FIXED .I HAD TO RATE THIS BUT THEY NEED A MINUS SCALE BECAUSE THIS DESERVES A MINUS 100 =( VERY VERY UNPLEASED.....
