I had the misfortune of hiring Mr. Elmore for a very large job at my home. To begin with, Mr. Elmore is extremely over priced. Considering the inflated price, I expected excellent work. I was wrong to make this assumption. Part of the work Mr. Elmore did at my home included remodeling two very very small bathrooms for a price tag of over ten thousand dollars. Mr. Elmore finished the job less than two weeks ago and I have already had to call a plumber out twice to fix his sloppy work which resulted in water leaks. Needless to say I am quite unhappy about this. To make matters even worse.... at the end of the job when it was time to settle the bill... Mr. Elmore attempted to tack on an extra three thousand dollars to the bill. Luckily I had been keeping track of the payments and paid him only the agreed upon contract price. However, this does make me wonder how many clients has he done this to???? Please learn from my mistake and continue your search for a contractor.
