Excellent instructors, the atmosphere is like you're just hanging out with some friends working on some BJJ, super fun, no one's going to look down on you just because you're a beginner, the opposite in fact, it takes a lot of guts to start training and the guys who've been there a while know that. Don't put it off just because you're out of shape, no matter how good of shape you are, grappling shape is a whole different thing you can't prepare for unless you just do it. So just do it!

Training here has been great! I’ve learned so much in bjj just in the few months I’ve been here. The coaches are wonderful people. The training is great for weight loss, I’ve lost weight easily so far by just learning and having fun.

I have been mainly engaging in cardio kickboxing and kickboxing fundamentals classes, but they offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, too. The coaches here are experienced, supportive and have amazing personalities. I intended to try a few classes at Elite, then move on to try different gyms before deciding on which one to stick with, but I fell in love with the environment my first day and didn't bother to keep looking.

I had basically never tried martial arts before, and these guys have helped me improve so much in just under two months. I can't wait to see where we are in one year.
