Duke Medical Equipment Has Been Very Helpful Since I've Been With Them! Every Time I Call I Get Greeted Very Kindly And They Are Very Sweet. They Answer All The Questions I Have And Are Always Willing To Work With Me If I'm Running A Bit Tight On My Monthly Budget. I Spoke To One Of Their Employees From The Billing Department And She Was Amazingly Sweet And Understanding With My Situation. The Best Part Is That If You Are Needing To Speak To Someone In Spanish, They Are Bilingual Too And Are Always Up To Make You Feel Like An Important Patient To Them.

Great company! I have been using Duke Medical for about 5 years, and have been very pleased. They have always taken care of my CPAP machine needs, and follow up with me when needed. They are good about answering any questions I might have concerning my equipment. I hope to continue using them for many years to come!

My Mom got a bed from here. It was junk! I had reported problems with the bed for 3 years. They never fixed the bed right! Now they are telling us we have to buy the parts and pay the labor for them to fix it since it is now paid for! They could have fixed it right to begin with and saved a 82 year old women who is bed ridden a lot of money she didn't have to begin with!
