Provided by Superpageschase is a joke..I do not have a bank acct with them but my son does-I went to deposit $5 cash in his acct and they said no as it could be for money laundering. Yeah $5..then was told a money order would work. OK so I asked to get a money order - you have to have an acct to purchase a money order...OMG...what a rip off this bank is. Thank God i dont have an acct with Chase

Provided by SuperpagesThe location is great, central Baytown. The staff are friendly and inside you never wait too long. But....... The phone service is the worst. After numerous tries I still got no answer. And the Greeting message is horrible. Unpersonable, unfriendly and not at all servicing the client. I hope the the very near future they improve on this aspect.

Provided by SuperpagesThis branch is too small for the customers of Baytown. The branch needs to be relocated to a larger area with plenty of parking and room for customers to use their drive thru lanes. They're never fully staffed and if they do have cust. svc reps., they're not working and all are standing around socializing about their personal business. They're not courteous or professional and same have last night's look and didn't take the time to bathe (literally woke up without washing their face and reapply makeup). Hair is picked up and off to Chase they go. Regardless of doing business in the lobby or the drive thru the wait is too long. Tempted to do my financial banking with another professional banking institute and am researching this matter further. Cust. Svc. Reps. need to understand if customers do not visit your firm, it's your attitude, non-professional work ethic, and basic 101 customer service. In today's economy, be proud you have a great job or be jobless.
