I just wanted to send you a note pertaining to the recent installation of my new Lennox Air Condition and Heating system. I must say that I greatly appreciate the way in which the entire process took place. It was apparent that you were very familiar with the product and the manner in which the installation and maintenance would take place. Just as you said, the technicians came to the home and explained how they would be making some adjustment to create more air flow to areas that were lacking with the previous equipment. The installation was scheduled and your technicians were on time. They took time to cover the floors and worked the entire day. When they had finished they cleaned up making sure everything was back in its place, and even vacuumed where needed. I was extremely impressed. We are extremely pleased with the results we are getting from the equipment you installed and the method by which in was handled. Thank you for your professionalism from top to bottom.
