I wish that I could give zero stars but since I can't. Then, I'll tell you why this store is incompetent from the head to the bottom. I called in to ask for an item before making an hour drive to this store and the guy in fitness basically told me that he was busy and I could call back later or tomorrow. I explained that I was driving from out of town and needed him to check. He told me that if I didn't believe him that it's my problem then hung up. I called and got the so-called store director on the phone and explained what happened. He was nonchalant at his employee's action and was more outraged about my anger and response. Then when I told him that I'll contact corporate. He told me that I have that right but they're just going to contact him. I saw that as...nothing. So, I'll let my very loud megaphone on social platforms show him that Academy won't like their name spoken negatively for ignorance.
