I have been a member of this facility since 2008. The facility is well maintained and has a wide variety of equipment. I was skeptical about the personal trainers due to past bad experiences at other gyms, but I am pleased to say that I was proved wrong by my current trainer Jose Valdez. I have been training with him for a month and achieved great results by training with him twice a week and following his instructions for the rest of the week. In just this month of training, I have gone from a size 6 to a size 3! I definately recommend him if you plan on joining this gym!
