I came here for a quick men’s haircut and the service was great. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the stylist was very friendly and professional. My wife is going to try them out when she is ready for a new color treatment.

I was going there to see one particular stylist for 2 years before she left for another job. I wasn't sure of the names of other stylists and wanted a new fit and there was a bit of confusion that seemed to upset the staff. The receptionist staff lately has been rude and unprofessional. I generally try to tip well with someone I am familiar with, particularly during the holidays. The way they handle their customer service is inappropriate and unprofessional. In the past few months I have also received haircuts I was unhappy with. I would never waste another dime of money there. I know in my line of work, treating people with the utmost attention, care and professionalism is what makes a business succeed and thrive no matter what the situation is. You won't find good service here.

Fran is the best. I was very happy with my new cut. The place looks great and the staff is very friendly.

Everything went well with my haircut except a patch of hair wasn't cut and the back was cut like a hispanic even though, I am white. I was considering to come back from to time but this made want to never come back especially since I was refused service to fix the issue that one of your hairstylists caused. She cut the back of my hair without asking how I wanted It!I have never been to a salon with such horrid customer service that would not allow a customer back to fix something that is an issue: Whether it was $14..or $35. I had to pay more money at another salon to make it look better. The back of my hair? It looks better but it is un-repairable. I have to wait for it to grow back. Thank you for ruining my hair, wasting my time, and wasting my money.

The Best in the area. I always count on them to get me in quick and get me out quick. The are always open.
