I have been very fortunate to have Joel Bryant from Bay Area NetwoRx serve my I.T. needs for the past 6+ years. I have found him to be an expert in the field of computer technology AND he has always met or exceeded my expectations.

Since my mortgage company is dependent on being "up-to-date" in all forms of communication, Mr. Bryant has always shown his expertise in communicating to me "computer lingo" in terms that I can understand.

Mr. Bryant has always responded quickly to my computer or printing & scanning needs, usually the same day of my call... even on weekends!

As far as JP Mortgage Financial of Lafayette is concerned, Bay Area NetwoRx is our first and only choice for I.T. Support AND maintenance or hosting of our website.

I used Bay Area NetwoRx to do backend CMS programming on my http://www.biblestart.com/ website using JOOMLA. They were very professional, timely, and courteous. I highly recommend them for their creativity and web development skills.

Joel has done a great job on many occasions over the past 20 years in servicing my computers, building and maintaining websites, hosting, and other assorted tasks. I always know I can trust Joel's judgement. He really knows how to create written parameters defining a project I have asked him to handle, knows when to seek my feedback in the process of doing so, and produces very high quality work. Joel is a very effective and frequent communicator both in person, over the phone, and in writing. I have always been more than pleased with his performance and totally trust him.
