Just as a heads up: he will only clean your car if it's already clean. Or maybe it was because I was late (9 am) and he didn't want to deal with me but I wasn't told that.

My car is 19 years old so it's not like I was expecting a miracle or that it would be like new. I'm now a single parent and was just looking to hire this out instead of having to do it myself as doing it myself has become my life.

I obviously removed all the garbage that can build up when you are toting the kids around but I didn't vacuum (figuring that would be something he would do and could do better) so it didn't look great. He took two looks inside told me it looked pretty bad (thanks-- I'm sure everyone wants to hear that), the carpet was too worn (again, the car is old-- I know this-- I wasn't expecting magic) and that there wasn't anything he could do. Apparently he couldn't vacuum or shampoo the seats which had watermarks but weren't gross or contaminated with substances.

That's when I left embarrassed and sorry I wasted everyone's time. So if you have a new car and just want to keep it nice perhaps you could pay him to help with that but if you you are looking to give a hard working car some TLC then save your time and his and don't call.

**Edited to add that my neighbor (not a professional) decided to help me and did an awesome job! I'm posting those pictures here (clearly labelled) to show what they couldn't/wouldn't do at Rick's Auto Spa. You can see for yourself: does the car look brand new? of course not, I never expected it to, it's old. If he had done the job my neighbor did I would have paid, been happy, and left a good review.

Awesome customer service and excellent work! Great prices too! Highly recommended!!! Just got my car done today and I couldn't be happier.

They did a great job cleaning my car it was really bad didn't think it would come clean.... Came and pick it up and it look like a brand new car.... Thank Rick and staff I will be coming back for sure

This rating is actually a 0. Rick is unprofessional and refused servicing my vehicle. I had a gift card, which he refused to refund, although he refused service stating that there was nothing he could do with my vehicle. I would avoid this place entirely.

Very unprofessional. I had a gift card that I received for my birthday for the complete package and they still made me pay more without telling me why. They broke my vent clip and didn't even tell me or own up to it. Not happy will never take my car there again.

Excellent car detailing. Very courteous and professional. Picked up and delivered my car. Best prices I have found in Bay City.
