I had 16 teeth pulled the dentist was very professional. He even had me get a letter from my provider stating it was okay for the dental work to be done. The. Dentist and staff was very caring and gentle. I was impressed with the place.

They got me in quick and easy with an infected tooth and new patient. The dentist was caring and took the time to ensure i was numb and without pain as much as possible. I couldn't have had a better experience.

I can say I've never had a better experience then I have at Bay City Dental!! They fit me in right away for emergencies and always offer lowest rates. I've had tons of dental work and every single time was just as great as the 1st. Great job Bay City Dental!!

I love this place! Have gone there since I was a young child! At times I feel like the wait is outrageous, however, it's typically due to A) someone not keeping appropriate timing,B) they are very polite and will always try to help whoever walks thru their door, or C) people forget it's a Drs office and there is always a wait! I've never left the building being in more pain then I walked in, The receptionist Cheryl ?) is amazing! I think people just need to relax and realize if you took care of your teeth in the beginning you wouldn't be in this mess today!!!! Friendly staff!!!

This was my worst experience ever with any dentist!! I had approx. 13 teeth pulled and was going to get dentures. But they hurt me and didn't care.. I should of been prescribed antibiotics but they forgot!!! I went the entire holiday weekend in severe pain...8 days of pain... now I'm experiencing bone splinters 6-10 of them. Of course they hurt and are uncomfortable. I'm looking for a new dentist. What a mess! This dentist should lose his licenses.

I went there to get a few teeth pulled and they are extremely rude. The woman who cleaned my teeth was rude and the doctor keep yelling and cursing at me and the whole staff were just very unprofessional and i would never recommend this place and and i wont be going back. I will take my business elsewhere to an office that are professional and friendly to patients. Worst experience ever!!!!

They are good at what they do....

The last reviewer states she's never been here yet gives them a bad rating, how unfair!



I'm very happy with the caring treatment and friendly staff here. Dr. Rogers is awesome! I had an emergency yesterday and although they were booked they found a way to get me in. I'm glad I stumbled upon this office.



I would recommend this practice to anyone.
