We loved Dr. Waters...saw him in Wadena a few times and he also performed surgery on my twins. When we've been sent to the Baxter office though we haven't been able to get in with him, it's always his P.A. I would recommend Dr. Waters but not Katie Starns. To be totally honest she's bad for his business; many people have negative opinions of her and avoid the office altogether for that reason alone. But like I said, Dr Waters is great if you have the opportunity to see him.
