Just dealt with the most awful person ever! She told us that she's worked there for 8 years. You would think that if you worked some place for 8 years your customer service would be better. I understand that you are a woman but stop making the other women in the industry look bad. Just plain rude. Great knowledge of in store product and current sales. Other than that ruined our shopping experience. Planned on dropping about $200+ before our road trip to California. Off to a different auto parts store!

My husband Greg uses this parts store for all of his auto parts. He is always impressed with the service and the price. He has often commented that it is hard to find a place with competitive pricing and true customer service.
