Very disappointing experience. We had our business vehicle towed to the shop on March 7. Problem was diagnosed by the end of the day-needed a new heater hose. I was informed it would be 5-6 days to get this heater hose. We had no communication when the part arrived, and I had called them several times to check. As this is a company vehicle, my customers were limbo as to when I would be servicing them. I called the afternoon of the 16th, and was informed that the part was installed and they were just then taking it for a test drive. The service writer said he would call in a half hour, which he did not do. Went to pick up the vehicle on March 17, and it had developed an issue that it did not previously have. Service writer would not take any responsibility for the problem. I was informed that I could pay more to get an analysis of the new issue. Was able to drive it home at a gravely reduced speed. And now, cannot even get the vehicle to start. Extremely disappointing communication and lack of ownership.

Love these guys! They do a great job and their price beats everyone around. I will always take my vehicles to them.
